By purchasing any digital product or service from our Platform, you agree to the terms mentioned below.


2. Nature of Products – Important Note

Our Platform allows the sale of digital products, which include:

  • Software & scripts

  • Online tools

  • Digital files (PDF, images, templates, documents, etc.)

  • Courses, tutorials, and e-learning content

  • Subscription-based services

  • Any downloadable or electronically delivered product

Because these items are instantly delivered and cannot be returned, refunds are subject to strict rules.


3. Refund Eligibility

A refund will only be processed under the following conditions:

3.1 Duplicate Payment

If a customer is charged more than once for the same transaction.

3.2 Technical Failure

If the customer:

  • Is unable to download the product due to a system error

If a merchant/vendors uploads an incorrect file and the buyer does not receive what was described.


4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided under these circumstances:

  • User changes mind after purchase

  • User purchased the wrong product by mistake

  • User lacks technical knowledge to use the product

  • The digital product was successfully delivered

  • User claims dissatisfaction without valid technical reason

  • User downloaded and used the product

  • Issues caused by third-party software, devices, or internet connection

  • Product purchased for trial/testing purposes

  • Subscription already utilized partially or fully


5. Refund Request Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund, you must:

  2. Include the following details:

    • Full name

    • Registered email

    • Order ID

    • Payment proof (screenshot)

    • Reason for refund request

    • Evidence (if applicable)

Our support team will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.


6. Refund Approval & Timeline

  • Refund approval is at the sole discretion of Geodesy Data Solution Private Limited.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

  • Refunds will be credited only to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Transaction charges and gateway fees may be deducted as applicable.


7. Subscription Cancellations

For subscription-based services:

  • Users may cancel their subscription anytime.

  • Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund previous payments.

  • Subscription services remain valid until the current billing cycle ends.


8. Merchant/Vendor Responsibility

For products sold by third-party merchants:

  • Geodesy Data Solution Private Limited acts only as a platform.

  • Merchants are responsible for product quality, accuracy, and digital deliverables.

  • Refund decisions may involve merchant verification.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove merchants who violate our policies.


9. Abuse of Refund Policy

We reserve the right to deny refunds to customers who:

  • Frequently buy and request refunds

  • Attempt fraudulent claims

  • Misuse digital downloads

  • Violate platform terms

Such accounts may be suspended or permanently blocked.
