  • In rare cases, delivery may take up to 5–30 minutes due to:

    • Merchant-side upload/update delay

If the customer does not receive the digital product within 1 hour, they are advised to contact support.


5. Failure in Digital Delivery

If you do not receive your purchase, it may be due to:

  • Email in spam/junk folder

  • Server or network issue

  • Payment not captured successfully

  • Technical glitch

In such cases:

We will re-send the digital product within 24 hours after verification.


6. No Physical Shipping

Geodesy Data Solution Private Limited does not offer:

  • Courier services

  • Postal delivery

  • Physical packaging

  • Hard copies of digital files

All our offerings are 100% digital and delivered electronically.


7. License & Download Limits

Depending on the product, merchants or the platform may apply:

  • Limited download attempts

  • Time-limited access

  • Device restrictions

  • Single-user license terms

These conditions will be mentioned in the product description.

Unauthorized sharing, distribution, or resale of digital products is strictly prohibited.


8. Product Not as Described

If a digital product:

  • Differs from the description

  • Contains errors

  • Is corrupted or incomplete

Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of purchase.

We will coordinate with the merchant/seller to provide:

  • A corrected file, or

  • A working version of the product

(Refund eligibility will be as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.)


9. Merchant Responsibility

For third-party sellers/merchants:

  • They are responsible for accurate product delivery

  • They must ensure uploaded files are functional and accessible

  • They must maintain updated files

  • They must honor access and license terms described on the product listing

Failure may result in merchant account suspension or removal.

Changes become effective immediately upon posting on the website.
