  • Instant digital delivery and download access

  • Vendor payouts and settlements

  • Customer & merchant support services

We act only as a marketplace intermediary between sellers and buyers.

5. Account Creation & Responsibilities

5.1 For Merchants (Sellers)

  • You must provide accurate business information.

  • You are responsible for uploading legal, original, and non-infringing digital products.

  • You must comply with all applicable tax, billing, and business laws.

  • You must not upload harmful, illegal, or copyrighted content without rights.

5.2 For Users (Buyers)

  • You must provide accurate personal details.

  • You may not share your account credentials with others.

  • You must not misuse or attempt to hack the Platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion.

6. Listing & Selling Digital Products

Merchants agree that:

  • All product information must be truthful and accurate.

  • They hold full rights or licenses to sell the digital product.

  • They will not upload viruses, harmful code, or misleading content.

  • They will deliver purchased products via the Platform’s automated system.

Geodesy Data Solutions is not responsible for the authenticity or quality of third-party digital products.

7. Payments, Pricing & Billing

  • All payments are processed through secure payment gateways.

  • Prices are set by the seller or by the platform (in case of platform-owned products).

  • Subscriptions (if applicable) will renew automatically unless cancelled.

  • Users must ensure valid payment methods at the time of purchase.

We may revise prices or payment terms without prior notice.

8. Digital Delivery & Downloads

Once a purchase is successfully completed:

  • Digital downloads will be delivered instantly to the user’s registered email or dashboard.

  • Download links may have limits or expiration for security reasons.

We are not responsible for user-end technical issues.

Any breach will lead to account suspension or legal action.

We do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy

  • Legitimacy

  • Performance

  • Results
    of third-party digital items.

Users purchase at their own discretion.

Geodesy Data Solutions is not liable for:

  • Seller misconduct

  • Misrepresentation

  • Losses due to user error

  • External system failures (payment gateway issues, etc.)

13. Privacy & Data Usage

Your personal information is handled as per our Privacy Policy.
By using the Platform, you consent to data collection for:
